Personal and transaction data necessary to complete a payment may be transferred to the relevant payment service provider to the extent necessary to process the transaction, ensure payment security, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal requirements.

5. Delivery of Goods

Personal data required to deliver an order may be transferred to the selected delivery service provider.

We only provide the information necessary to fulfil the relevant delivery.

The PATECH online store operates using the Mozello website and e-commerce platform.

Certain information relating to website visitors and customers may therefore be processed using the technical infrastructure provided by Mozello to the extent necessary for the website, online store and ordering system to operate.

We may also use other IT, hosting, accounting, communications or professional service providers where their services are necessary for our business operations.
